NSA is registered under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (SOSIA), as well as other government agencies which oversees the organization and its members.

The agency was formed through a combination of concepts and ideas, headed by the years of experiences in the various fields and industries of the company's seasoned managers, who are trained and knowledgeable in the field of public protection, service and the private security industry.

Despite being new, NOVUSEC Security Agency is highly competitive and organized, duly managed by competent and experienced officers and administrators in the field of security and protection. The company aims to provide exceptional security services to residences and trade organizations - particularly to both micro and macro companies conducting their businesses situated all over the Philippines, and abiding by the laws and regulations stipulated by the respective authorities of both the local government and the client.
